Istrian Wine Tasting - 7 Wines
Cattunar Winery · Novigrad
On the hills above Novigrad, there were three “kaštelirs” or forts: St. Dionysius, St. George, and Valaron. Three queens ruled those forts and oversaw the production of the finest products of the area, ensuring their sustainability over the centuries: the Queen of Salt, the Queen of Oil, and the Queen of Wine.
The Istria tasting introduces you to the cornerstones of our region: indigenous grape varieties such as Malvazija Istriana, Teran, and Muškat Ruža paired with our extra virgin olive oil, cured meats, cheeses, and truffle bruschetta.
Included in the tasting:
1. Welcome drink
2. Malvazija 4 Terre 2025
3. Malvazija Collina 2019
4. Teran 2022
5. Teran Kappi 2018
