Margot offers a gourmet dining experience at an upscale level; we source much of our produce either directly ourselves or through local suppliers who are based close by. In addition, we enjoy experimenting with fermentation techniques on some of our products which enhances both flavour and nutritional value. And yes - there's something here for vegetarian and vegan diners too!
