It's a type of wine tasting where we compare four wines that have something in common - by pouring their contents into separate glasses so they are next to each other on the table, you can go back and forth noting subtle (or not so subtle) flavour and aroma differences between them.
Comparing different bottles like this is great fun, very instructive too; doing it regularly really does hone your taste buds and broaden your appreciation for all things vinous!
Served paired with cheese and truffle dishes.
